Top 10 FAQ

1. Macam mana procedure untuk buat tempahan ya? Untuk confirm booking 30% earnest deposit is required on or before 20th Nov 2014 30th Nov 2014, boleh bank in ke Maybank Acc atau boleh setup appointment for meetup and pay by hand. Barang hantaran yang require our assistance utk arrange atas dulang perlu dihantar latest 2 weeks sblm nak collect gubahan. Balance 70% dan security deposit utk dulang hantaran yang disewa perlu dibayar semasa collect gubahan yang dah siap.

2. Lokasi kedai di mana?

Our home office is in Seksyen U8, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. Meetup is by appointment only, advisable to set time at least a day before coming over.

3. Majlis saya 26 Dec 2014 masih boleh ke nak tempah guna harga promo ni?

Ya boleh enjoy the promo price untuk majlis bulan Oct 2014, Nov 2014, Dec 2014 sehingga 31 Jan 2015, provided you confirm your booking with 30% *earnest deposit on or before 20th Nov 2014 30th Nov 2014.

4. Majlis saya dalam bulan Feb 2015 boleh tak saya nak booking dgn harga 2014 year end promo ni?

OK harga promo valid sehingga 31 Jan 2015 sahaja, tetapi untuk gubahan artificial flower permintaan utk extend the redemption period boleh dipertimbangkan provided 30% earnest deposit to confirm booking is paid on or before 20th Nov 2014 30th Nov 2014. Untuk gubahan fresh flower strictly unavailable for extension more than 31 Jan 2015.

5. Warna tema gubahan boleh pilih ke?

Ya boleh pilih sebarang warna tema, gambar gubahan yang diletakkan hanya sebagai contoh sahaja, not compulsory untuk hanya pilih warna seperti yang dipaparkan.

6. Bila saya nak kena hantar barang-barang yang saya nak minta tolong arrange sekali atas dulang hantaran ya?

Barang-barang perlu dihantar kepada pihak kami latest by 2 weeks sebelum tarikh nak collect gubahan yang dah siap nanti.

7. Apa beza gubahan artificial flower RM 30 vs RM 50?

Gubahan artificial flower RM 30 menggunakan satu jenis bunga sahaja dan pilihan bunga adalah samada hydrangea, peony atau phalaenopsis dengan minimum tempahan 7 dulang. Color combination max 2 colors.

Gubahan artificial flower RM 50 adalah campuran beberapa jenis bunga digabungkan dalam satu gubahan mengikut theme color as per requested, dan ia mestilah tempahan kedua-dua belah pihak (can have different theme color from each side) dengan minimum tempahan 3 berbalas 5 (must be combo booking of both side).

8. Boleh provide delivery ke untuk gubahan yang dah siap?

Sorry at the moment we do not provide delivery utk tempahan gubahan hantaran. Gubahan hantaran yang telah siap perlu self collect at our location in Seksyen U8, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

9. Untuk tempahan gubahan fresh flower bila saya kena datang collect gubahan?

Untuk gubahan fresh flower advisable utk collect petang atau malam sehari sebelum majlis. Bunga telah dicucuk pada span basah dan boleh bertahan approx. **3 days (bergantung kepada jenis bunga dan juga suhu tempat gubahan diletakkan).

10. Harga promo ni dah termasuk sewa dulang ke? if saya dah ada dulang sendiri boleh dapat further discount lagi tak?

OK untuk year end promo ni harga sewa dulang is on complimentary basis, so no additional charge if nak guna our trays but if nak pakai dulang sendiri we do not give any further discount but the difference is you are not required to place *security deposit for the rental item.

* Earnest deposit = payment to confirm booking and reserve your date with us

* Security deposit = payment (refundable) to guarantee rental item is return back to us in good condition within the agreed grace period.

Bantal Hantaran Available for Purchase by Postal Service

Good news for people outside Selangor/KL area who is not able to come and self collect your order from us in Shah Alam, we can courier the item to you (without flower). For postage within Semenanjung Malaysia, postal charge via Poslaju is RM 40 for up to 7 pcs of bantal hantaran. For postage to Singapore, postal charge via DHL or UPS is RM 210 for up to 7 pcs of bantal hantaran (also available via Poslaju @ RM 160 but there's risk for delay for international delivery. As for other quantity please kindly send us your inquiry and we'll revert with the postal charge)...volumetric calculation applies because the bantal is light weight but large in size.

Metal in White Color

If you want to save on the delivery charge and only want to order the deco item, i.e. the "kerawang" metal at the corner together with dangling stone, we do sell them in bits and pieces too. Price is RM 5 per pc, postal charge will then base on weight, because this item is small in size but quite heavy since it comprise of well...metal and stone ^^  (no worries it's not that expensive, usually only cost RM 10 for postage of up to 50 pcs)

Common color ordered by our customer is white, because it's easy to fit in with any theme color. Color of bantal hantaran are not only limited to what u've seen in this blog or in the facebook album, possibility are endless and we can cater to any theme color. All the picture posted are customer's order and we do not keep any ready stock as the "pillow' were all custom made to order, so please kindly allow for a minimum 5 working days for us to complete your order. Please note that if your wedding or engagement is during hari raya it is highly advisable to place your order now...because my raya and ramadhan holiday break is quite sesuka hati panjang ^^  Price of bantal hantaran (complete with deco, i.e. metal deco with dangling crystal beads at 4 corner + border deco) is RM 30 per pc and the minimum purchase for bantal hantaran is 5 pcs with no maximum order =) the sky is the limit, but need to discuss on the lead time first k...because behind all these it's only one iron deficient lady preparing everything (from purchasing of fabric, wrapping the polyfoam pillow and fixing the accessory all is done by one person...) and for those who don't know yet photo capture, editing, uploading, blog update, buat gubahan, buat chocolate, buat cookies pon semuanya actually one man show gak huhu...haha that's why this blog is not updated that frequently (macamlah sebelum ni selalu update kan kekeke cuma sekarang lagi kronik sebab nak amik gambo pon tak larat haha that's why jarang publish ongoing order...sbb gambo bukti kije pon x amik o.O...) This month you can find picture of our gubahan hantaran inside Majalah Pesona Pengantin Edisi Julai 2012, done for Anita & Azriff.

...hantaran do stands out more with a black background but sometime could not find where I keep the black cloth =( so just make do with white...or just snap whatever o.O next pic paling kronik pakai handphone je dengan background rumah yang huru hara...huhu conteng2 tu adalah cubaan utk mencover kesepahan uhuks ^^) ni memang tak cukup masa sbb bila lagi banyak jenis bunga lagi banyak masa yang diperlukan utk siapkan gubahan...so many things to do but yet so little time o.O

Eventhough all hantaran picture above is using fresh flower deco, the bantal hantaran of course can definitely be use for artificial or foam flower as well.

Gubahan Bantal Hantaran

n Our exclusive bantal hantaran @ polyfoam pillow gained a lot of interest lately ever since it was featured in Majalah Pesona Pengantin Edisi Mei 2012, and also especially because our detailing is a level up from what you can normally find in the mass market. And good news for all, now the bantal hantaran is available for sale either on it's own or complete with flower arrangement (before this it's compulsory to order complete with artificial or fresh flower arrangement, but because of the overwhelming inquiry we're please to only sell the pillow as requested with complimentary free video guidance for you to diy your own hantaran). The pillow is made to order, which means we tailor made the pillow just for you according to your theme color.

Above snippet is picture of our hantaran inside Majalah Pesona Pengantin Edisi Mei 2012 and if you guys did not manage to get a copy of the magazine because it's already sold out (ya dah tak nampak pon kat most magazine shop that I went to yesterday 1st May, sbb it's already out for sale starting mid Apr 2012 =)...below is my own close shots of the gubahan (hmmm I don't have lampu ada payung yang guna untuk setting amik gambar tu ahaha so my below picture ni after massive editing wokey tak berapa stabil ada terang ada gelap >.< sbb ptg masa amik gambar tu hujan...hari x berapa cerah XD)  This gubahan in turquoise and cream is done for Amir's wedding in February 2012, congratulations and really sorry I misplace the paper where he wrote the bride's name...thus I was not able to write it here or inform the magazine rep to write it in the print >.< a total of 7 dulang hantaran fresh flower using blue rose (haha florist kalo tgk my face mesti suspen takut kena buat bunga biru lagi...hehe next week ada bridal bouquet kaler biru @ tiffany blue...hopefully the flower will absorb the blue dye in the right amount and it's color will turn out nicely like this one too), eustoma, million stars, white peacock and tea leaves. We scoured everywhere for the best upholstery material to fit the theme color that you choose. For the pillow cover, our priority is to use Thai Silk, however not all color especially subtle colors like beige and lavender is available under this type of fabric, so at times we will use other material too, like linen (above sample in turquoise) velvet and corduroy (sample as below)...but rest assured for our exclusive bantal hantaran we never use satin because they're too paper-thin and thus not a good cover for the "pillow" not to mention it looks cheap dan biasa2 je that any tom, dick or harry will use ...

Congratulations and Selamat Pengantin Baru! Really glad to know you two love the hantaran very much (^_^) (ahaha and the cameraman might love it too sbb ada byk preview of it =) in the video) hantaran arrive at 1:20. 

We have another photoshoot with Majalah Pengantin for 5 dulang berbalas 7 using bantal hantaran as well, in purple/white and red/white respectively done for Anita & Azriff (solemnization 4th Apr 2012, thank you very much and Selamat Pengantin Baru!), these 2 set will soon be featured in Majalah Pesona Pengantin Edisi Julai 2012. I don't have my own individual shots on this 2 set because I'm too tired tired already dah ting tong sket kepala sbb tak tido the entire night...so you guys will need to get a copy of the magazine to view these k, I think it will start selling in mid June 2012
