1. Untuk sebutharga atau tempahan anda boleh emailkan kepada Great.Ideas@tepak-sireh.com dan nyatakan produk atau perkhidmatan yang ingin anda dapatkan dari pihak kami di Great Ideas. Untuk gubahan hantaran sila buat tempahan sekurang-kurangnya 1 bulan sebelum tarikh majlis anda (tempoh persiapan kurang dari 1 bulan mungkin akan dikenakan expedite fee).
   
2. Deposit 50% diperlukan untuk pengesahan tempahan gubahan atau cenderahati (forfeited if the booking being cancelled or full payment delayed by 1 month from the agreed date). Pembayaran penuh hanya perlu dibuat apabila pihak kami telah menyiapkan tempahan anda dan sebaik sebelum penghantaran dibuat. Penghantaran akan dibuat sebaik sahaja pembayaran penuh diterima pada tarikh yang telah dipersetujui oleh kedua-dua belah pihak.
   
3. Untuk barang-barang selain daripada gubahan dan cenderahati deposit 50% diperlukan untuk booking barang (forfeited if the booking being cancelled or full payment delayed by 1 month from the agreed date). Penghantaran barang akan dibuat sebaik sahaja pembayaran penuh dibuat.
   
4. Setelah confirm order, no. akaun Maybank akan diberikan untuk anda membuat pembayaran. Sila Email kepada kami slip pembayaran sebagai bukti pembayaran telah dibuat.
