promo package which is about to end in 20 days, 31st Jan 2010.
1) Q: Apa beza di antara Package A, B dan C?
A: Beza di antara setiap Package adalah jenis bekas gubahan yang digunakan. Package A dan B adalah jenis dulang, manakala Package C adalah jenis cage dan tricycle. Harga berbeza kerana dekorasi yang lebih banyak diperlukan utk jenis bekas gubahan di Package C berbanding Package A atau B.
2) Q: Package A dan B dua2x jenis dulang, tapi kenapa harga Package A lebih murah ya?
A: Package A terdiri daripada set2x dulang baru yang kami mahu perkenalkan dan masih belum mempunyai portfolio penuh jadi kami kurangkan sedikit harganya dari yang sepatutnya untuk menggalakkan lebih banyak tempahan untuk dulang2x ini supaya kami dapat membuat contoh gubahan di dalam bekas tersebut. From Februari onwards, most probably there's gonna be only 2 type of package because we've got full portfolio of all the trays already =) jadi sebelum dulang under Package A harganya bertukar menjadi harga seperti di Package B, uols better book them now and enjoy this special price!!!
3) Q: Majlis saya bulan June 2011, kalo saya book sekarang saya boleh dapat the promo price ke?A: Ya, walaupon majlis bulan June 2011 (ataupun pada 31st Dec 2011) anda boleh menikmati harga promosi ini, provided that booking deposit is paid on or before 31st Jan 2011. Pembayaran 50% booking deposit boleh dibuat dengan datang ke
kedai, atau bank in ke Account Maybank / CIMB or by credit card through Paypal. Next year saya akan berpindah ke KL/S'gor (new address I can only announce earliest by mid February 2011 because my house hunting last week unsuccessful -

My sis akan uruskan tempahan untuk negeri Johor and don't worry ya org2x Johor w'pon the "train" is about to leave the station already but later I will still balik kampung and be the one yang akan buat ur gubahan tu jugak nanti k.
4) Q: Berapa booking deposit yang perlu dibayar dan barang hantaran saya dah nak kena bagi sekarang ke?
A: Deposit yang perlu dibayar hanya 50% dari harga package. Balance 50% dan security deposit hanya perlu dibayar semasa tarikh ambil atau delivery date agreed by both party. Barang hantaran sekiranya mahu pihak kami gubahkan sekali boleh hantar selewat2nya seminggu sebelum tarikh majlis, warna tema gubahan sekiranya belum decide skrg boleh pilih dan inform kami sebulan (atau lebih awal) sebelum tarikh majlis.
5) Q: Apa maksud security deposit ya?
A: Security deposit adalah "cagaran" to ensure bekas gubahan yang disewa akan dipulangkan in good condition within 10 days grace period. We do accept cash or credit card payment via Paypal for this security deposit. Security deposit is fully refundable once bekas gubahan dipulangkan in good condition within 10 days grace period. Security deposit berbeza mengikut kuantiti dan jenis bekas gubahan yang disewa.
6) Q: Bagaimana cara/procedure untuk membuat tempahan?
A: Isi inquiry form dan inform us through sms or call regarding your form submission for a faster feedback and get higher priority on top of other piling inquiry. Anda juga boleh email kepada

facebook.com/lilynorliza, atau sms ke 016 - 711 8326 no. code bekas gubahan yang anda mahu, berapa bilangan dan bila tarikh mahu menyewa bekas tersebut. Kami akan check availability bekas gubahan tersebut pada tarikh yang anda nyatakan, sekiranya available anda boleh proceed dgn pembayaran booking deposit. Sekiranya pembayaran deposit dibuat secara bank in ke account Maybank atau CIMB sila email atau mms the copy of transaction slip.
7) Q: Gubahan saya cuma boleh pilih dari sample yang ada dalam blog ini sahaja ke?
A: Anda boleh memilih apa-apa wana tema dan dekorasi hantaran adalah tidak terhad kepada gambar2x yang telah anda lihat sebelum ini. Tetapi sekiranya anda sangat berminat dgn gubahan yang pernah kami hasilkan sebelum ini dan hanya mahu yang exactly the same, definitely we can design it that way again if the same flower and deco is still available. Bekas Gubahan sahaja adalah terhad kepada berikut: Package A (Traditional Motif Tray, Rose Carving Tray, Brown Carven Tray, White Metal Tray), Package B (White Curvy Tray, English White Carven Tray, White Swirl Tray, English Rose Tray), Package C (English Rose Tray + Tricycle, Rectangle Treasure Cage, Round Cage, Square Treaasure Cage). Bilangan setiap bekas gubahan adalah terhad and it will be reserve for your selected date only once the booking deposit is paid (please note if you take more than 3 days from our quotation date to decide whether to book or not please reconfirm with us on the availability because the item might no longer be available on your previously selected date, so always confirm your order early to avoid any dissapointment k =)
8) Q: Package gubahan adakah sudah termasuk sireh junjung?
A: Ya, setiap package inclusive of 1 Sireh Junjung Fresh flower. Sekiranya tidak mahu sireh junjung, and you wanna use tepak sireh instead we can always replace the sireh junjung with our tepak sireh. Package price remains the same, only refundable security deposit for tepak sireh will be slightly higher.
9) Q: Sekiranya nak guna fresh flower, tambah RM 100 ke atas total atau ke atas setiap dulang?
A: Hanya tambah RM 100 ke atas total bukannya ke atas setiap dulang. E.g. Package A, 5 Dulang Hantaran Artificial Flower = RM 380. Jadi utk fresh flower Package A, 5 Dulang Hantaran = RM 480
10) Q: Harga Package tu dah termasuk sekali harga sewa bekas kan?
A: Ya, harga Package seperti yg dipublish sudah termasuk harga sewa bekas. Hanya refundable security deposit sahaja yang tidak disenaraikan bersama, pihak kami hanya akan disclose inside quotation yang kami sediakan berdasarkan inquiry that u've submitted.
