1. Majlis saya hujung tahun 2014, boleh ke saya dapat harga promo ni?
Yes you can still be eligible for the promo price until the end of 2014 once you have confirm your booking with earnest deposit paid on or before the extended promo deadline which is 15th January 2014 (except for gubahan fresh flower in the month of February). The earnest deposit required is 50% for item 1 - 7, or 30% for item 8 - 11.
2. Chocolate bar tu guna chocolate apa ya?
We use mix of Bery'ls milk and dark chocolate in certain ratio so our trademark chocolate bar is just nice, neither too sweet nor too bitter. However if you want us to use 100% purely milk chocolate or purely dark chocolate only for your order, no worries we can always honor your request. You can sample our range of chocolate to ascertain which type suits your taste bud better (pure milk, pure dark, mix milk+dark chocolate), but please be inform the sample must be self collect from our location in Shah Alam, we do not provide delivery or postage for these chocolate sample.
3. Design wrapper personalized chocolate bar tu boleh print lebih dari satu design tak?
Yes if you are undecided on the final design we can allow you to choose up to 2 design per order. Wrapper design you can either choose from our design gallery or you can also request for an entirely new design. Any design inside the gallery can be customize to your theme color and personalized wording (both front and back), lead time for mockup submission is min 5 working days. For new design only order made minimum 3 months in advance is eligible for this option. For the entirely new design you'll need to provide us with the theme color and concept you want us to work on, e.g. cute, sweet, formal, elegant, spring/autumn/summer/winter, etc. The lead time for us to send you the mockup for the new design is min 10 working days, with min 3 mockup design submission (if you are lucky and be patient with us sometimes we may even send up to 5 mockup design).
4. Gubahan hantaran if nak tempah untuk both side boleh kurang lagi tak harganya?
Please be informed the promo price is the lowest price we can offer, so irregardless of how many total of dulang hantaran you are planning to have 20 or even 30 for that matter, the promo price is the best price we can offer. Just my 2 cents, in my opinion the ideal number for dulang hantaran is 5 berbalas 7.

The Funtasty Dipped Apple is one whole real green or red apple fully dipped into chocolate. The apple will be covered entirely with Bery'ls milk chocolate, then the chocolate covered apple is beautifully decorated with white chocolate (in original white or with added color) for presentation.
And fyi uols can just send in your enquiry in any language that you are comfortable with, Bahasa or English, and I will reply accordingly in the same language. I wrote here in English wpon poyo byk jugak grammar & spelling error kan T_T because my written Bahasa tersangatlah broken dan possibility utk side track @ merapu terlalu tinggi XD so with my lack of vocab in English limits me the possibility to ramble, beat around the bushes erkss....kot >_<
